What we love about photography is getting to rub shoulders with lots of talent. It is hard to talk about swimming in Uganda without mentioning the dynamic duo of Tendo Mukalazi and Kirabo Namutebi. The talented siblings have been all over the news lifting the Uganda flag high and collecting accolades across various swimming tournaments in and around Africa.
All they do is win
Tendo and Kirabo have represented Uganda in so many competitions and winning appears to be second nature to them. Some of their most notable triumphs were at the Cana zone 3 championship, the Africa junior championships and the Independence gala bagging gold while bossing proceedings all through.
A photo shoot to remember
Malaika Prints studio was honored to have them over in Bukoto – Frobel area where we had a fun filled photography experience with them. It was all about expression, letting them be themselves while showing off their impressive collection of medals.
We believe that talent needs to be celebrated a lot more in Uganda thus taking the opportunity to share a photo moment with them that they can cherish for years to come while showing off their prized achievements from a sport they are deeply passionate about.
Thanks to their dear mother; Hadijja Namanda that agreed to let them have a photo shoot with us – it was an unforgettable experience for our photographers at Malaika Prints and these humble talented athletes.
